About the Company

About the Job

  • Execute end-to-end payroll process including data entry, verification of timesheets, salary adjustments, deductions and other payroll-related inputs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data, tax information and other payroll-related data in the payroll system. Regularly audit and reconcile payroll records to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Stay current with relevant labour laws, tax regulations and payroll compliance. Process payroll in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, taxes and other compensation matters.

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a payroll officer or similar
  • Experience in operating both weekly and monthly high-volume payrolls
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations and compliance
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, analyse payroll reports and reconcile data effectively.
