About the company
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a well-rounded role, offering a market-leading salary and great benefits package as well as great career progression within the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of month-end accountants
- Preparation of weekly cash flow forecasting
- Preparation of UK and ROI VAT returns
- Completion of VIES and Intrastat returns
- Preparation of standard costs
- Assisting with annual external audit
Requirements:
- Qualified OR nearly Qualified Accountant – (e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Must be IT proficient and competent in use of Excel Spreadsheets
- Able to demonstrate knowledge & understanding of financial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
