About the company
This is an excellent opportunity for accountants from either a practice or industry background who are seeking to progress their career and work for a market leader. A varied and exciting position with great support, offering outstanding benefits and a market leading salary depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Liaise with auditors and other key stakeholders
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of year-end accounts
- Variance analysis
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Assist in overseeing transactional finance staff
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Part-Qualified/QBE with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills (including Advanced MS Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
