About the Company
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a fast-growing company in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation of the Holdings Annual Report using Workiva software, managing stakeholder relationships throughout.
- Ensure compliance with ESEF block tagging for the Holdings plc Annual Report.
- Collaborate with the IFRS 17 project team to incorporate new disclosure requirements into both Holdings and Insurance Annual Reports.
- Drive improvements in the annual close process, with a specific focus on enhancing Annual Report production.
- Manage Group tax requirements and the external tax consultant relationship.
- Contribute to projects targeting process optimization and financial reporting enhancement within the Group.
- Provide mentorship and supervision for junior team members.
Experience & Qualifications
- · A qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- · Strong academic background with a relevant degree
- · Experience in the production of IFRS financial statements
