About the Job

This is a high-impact project management role focused on delivering strategic initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and payment technology transformation. The position offers hands-on involvement in complex, cross-functional projects and close collaboration with senior leadership. It’s an 18-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role, ideal for a proactive professional with strong finance and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic finance projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, HR, and IT.
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Oversee post-acquisition integration planning and execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Support M&A research and due diligence coordination.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in end-to-end project management.
• 5+ years’ experience, ideally with M&A exposure.
• Strong understanding of financial, legal, and operational frameworks.
• Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
