About the company
This is an exciting time to join this company who have highly impressive growth plans in place. Manufacturing experience is essential and experience in an international environment would be desirable.
Reporting to the MD, key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the finance team
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- ERP implementation
- Board reporting
- Act as the point of contact with relevant external stakeholders
- Cashflow management
- Sales and margin analysis
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
- Experience in foreign currency management
- Excellent IT skills (including Advanced MS Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
