Key Responsibilities:

In this VP Customer Operations & Accounts Payable, your role will encompass various responsibilities such as;

  •  Take the lead in several change projects designed to enhance the AP procedures and methods of operation now in place, resulting in an improved operational capacity well-positioned for business expansion.
  • Lead a group of AP specialists through a momentous transition.
  • Actively cultivate positive working connections with colleagues in other SMBC AC teams.
  • Provide support for projects and initiatives that make use of our IT platform and align with organisational goals.
  • Apply pertinent knowledge, wisdom, analysis, research, and best practices to aid in the creation of effective change management plans.
  •  To enhance consistent AP service delivery, identify and create important baseline measurements, KPIs, and data that can be monitored and reported.

Key Requirements:

  • At least five plus years of relevant experience in a transformation or change management capacity, or in accounts payable.
  • It is advantageous to have prior experience working in a fast-paced corporate financial services setting.
  • Successful change initiative delivery and implementation experience, whether in AP functions or other domains.
  • Excellent project management, process improvement, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in leadership, teamwork, and communication.
