Reporting to the Office Manager, the Trainee Purchase Ledger will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties
Key responsibilities
-Code, process and file high volume of purchase invoices
-Check and reconcile supplier statements
-Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
-Reconcile company bank accounts daily
-General administrative duties
-Preparing ad hoc reports
-Building relationships with supply chain
