About the Job

Reporting to the Office Manager, the  Trainee Purchase Ledger will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties

Key responsibilities

  • Code, process and file high volume of purchase invoices
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
  • Reconcile company bank accounts daily
  • General administrative duties
  • Preparing ad hoc reports
  • Building relationships with supply chain

Previous experience

  • Previous experience working in an office environment (desirable).
  • Be proficient in in Microsoft office package, including excel.
  • Good attention to detail is essential with excellent organisational skills.
