Tax Manager

€70,000 – €85,000 per annum + Performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with expert tax advice and solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice and service to those clients
• Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, tax provisions, and other tax-related documents.
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and stay updated with changes in tax legislation to ensure accurate and timely advice to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and tailoring tax strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions and provide value-added services to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CTA) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Tax Manager in a reputable accounting firm or similar environment, demonstrating expertise in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish tax laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
