About the job:

Duties to include:

• Principal client relationship contacts and delivery of positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Day-to-day delivery of services & reporting within the parameters of a detailed scope of services and service level agreement against agreed KPIs & SLAs
• Resolution of client service issues
• Financial performance of a client portfolio
• Development of each client engagement within a portfolio through proactive advice on enhancements to processes and engagement improvements
• Coaching, training and development of direct reports
• Driving financial performance improvement
• Leading projects internal and external
• Driving team development & efficiencies, including technology enhancements
• Driving business growth through opportunities & proactive mindset for developing a market presence
• Participating in client pitch

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven expatriate management and market experience across a range of coordination and compliance administration
• Ability to effectively manage multiple key stakeholders, internal and external
• Strong understanding of Global Mobility processes and services
• Proven experience and track record in engagement management
• Proven experience in management or supervisory responsibility
