The Role

Manage and review a variety of complex tax engagements including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, fiduciary, and multistate returns. This position will work closely with senior leadership while overseeing staff, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality tax planning and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex tax returns across multiple entity types
• Manage tax planning, compliance, and research projects
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships
• Oversee engagement workflow, deadlines, and deliverables
• Research complex tax matters and provide practical solutions
• Mentor and develop junior staff members
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and client strategy

Candidate Profile

• CPA required
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong knowledge of individual, partnership, corporate, and multistate taxation
• Experience managing client engagements and reviewing staff work
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
