Indirect Tax Director – Limerick

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the indirect tax function, advising clients on VAT, customs, and excise duties.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients’ indirect tax positions.
• Oversee complex VAT audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Drive business development and strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor and develop a team of indirect tax professionals.

Your Experience:

• CTA (AITI) qualified and a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
• 10+ years’ post-qualification experience in indirect tax.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and EU VAT legislation and international tax matters.
• Proven leadership and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
