The Company:
The tax team is highly regarded, advising on complex cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and financial services tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Advise multinational companies and financial institutions on Irish tax matters.
🔹 Draft and review tax-related legal documentation.
🔹 Provide expert legal advice, identifying risks and strategic solutions.
🔹 Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
🔹 Conduct research and analysis to support tax positions and negotiations.
🔹 Maintain high standards in practice management, time recording, and billing.
🔹 Stay up to date with Irish and international tax developments.
Your Experience:
✔ 1-2 years PQE with experience in corporate tax and financial services tax.
✔ CTA qualified
✔ Background in a top-tier law or accountancy firm (Ireland preferred).
✔ Experience advising on banking, capital markets, aviation finance, securitization, structured finance, derivatives, insurance, or investment funds.
