- Year 1 – £50,000-£60,000
- Year 2 – £60,000-£70,000

About the person:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated salespeople to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of success in sales and recruitment, and who are passionate about helping companies find and hire the best talent.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for
- Building relationships and collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates on candidate progress, and offer insights on market trends.
- Identifying and sourcing top candidates – .Utilising various platforms and techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Staying updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to provide valuable advice to clients and candidates.
- Provide guidance to candidates on CV building, interview preparation, and career development.
