HireIQ Finance are working with a key client in the Northwest area, who, as a result of continued expansion, now have a newly created requirement for an additional Qualified Accountant to join their finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller and other members of a tight-knit finance department. This role offers the successful candidate a superb opportunity to progress their career with a well-established, hugely successful business.
Key responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Margin reporting
- Statutory returns
- Month-end duties
- Ensure the finance department is operating in line with regulatory requirements
- Assist with audit
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Financial Controller as required
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
