About the company
This is a well-rounded role, offering a market-leading salary and benefits package as well as great exposure working closely with senior management providing fantastic progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities as a Senior Management Accountant:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist with Month End close – Journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Review month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
- Development of monthly budget reporting on variances.
- Ensuring all VAT/Statutory returns and payments are prepared in line with requirements.
- Monthly variance analysis
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE with relevant experience
- Strong IT Skills – Advanced Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
