About the Job
- Lead monthly management account preparation, board reports, and financial analyses.
- Provide insightful commentary on business activities for monthly financial accounts.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts with Budget Managers’ input.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
- Coordinate monthly and annual consolidation submissions to Government Departments.
- Collaborate on annual report and accounts preparation
- Supervise external audit process, facilitating auditor access to relevant information.
- Manage Fixed Asset Register and approve VAT
- Oversee payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop payroll team members for improved performance.
Your skills & experience
- Qualified Accountant or QBE, 1-3 exams remaining
- Sage Micro Pay experience is desirable
- String management accounts experience
