The successful candidate will report to the Group Finance Director and be responsible for the leadership and development of a small team of finance staff. “
About the Job
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties…
- Preparation of management accounts as well as insightful commentary and analysis
- Responsible for weekly/monthly/annual financial reporting
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Preparation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Cashflow management
- Leadership and development of a team of finance staff
- Partnering with various key departments across the business
- Process improvement
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Your skills & experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Evidence of analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
