Senior Finance Business Partner

• Conduct routine financial appraisals and performance assessments, pinpointing crucial patterns, potential vulnerabilities, and advantageous prospects.
• Examine deviations from the budget & projected estimates, proactively recognizing avenues for enhancement to boost business effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business units to finalize the retail and operational KPI structure, taking ownership of performance measurement against set objectives.
• Join forces with the leadership team to attain commercial and financial objectives.
• Serve as a relied-upon consultant to business stakeholders, extending financial counsel, insights, and recommendations to foster profitability and expansion.
• Foster and challenge strategic/business blueprints, uncovering domains of risk and promise. Scrutinize and endorse business scenarios that fuel high-yield investment possibilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to construct and scrutinize budgets/forecasts.
• Attend business assessments, recognize budget/plan disparities, and collaborate with the business to propose suitable remedies and revival strategies when fitting.
• Support the broader finance unit in producing punctual and enlightening Management reports on a monthly basis.Assist in the formulation of impromptu analyses and management reports to facilitate business choices, covering an array of areas such as Planning, Budgeting, Projecting, Commercial negotiations & Project assessment.
• Support the enhancement and streamlining efforts, serving as the primary finance participant in commercial/process improvement initiatives from inception through to the planning and implementation stages.
• Participate in an initiative concerning the allocation of operating costs within the business to instill accountability and ownership.
• Evolve into a central nexus between Finance and the wider business.
• Engage in other unscheduled projects as deemed necessary.

Experience/Educational Background:

• (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) 4 years of experience.
• Over 2 years in a Finance Business Partner role.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. (Macros/Pivot Tables)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude.
