Location: Ballyclare – On-Site at Head Office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team, where your main focus will be raising high-volume client invoices and supporting the wider accounts team in ensuring revenue is accurately and efficiently recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue a high volume of client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Use customer-specific platforms to process billing and monitor receivables
  • Support cash sales activity by issuing invoices and verifying payment before service delivery
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies by liaising with customers and internal teams
  • Prepare and issue credit notes when necessary
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance
  • Assist with general finance team tasks and provide ad hoc support when needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across various platforms
  • High attention to detail with a methodical approach to data entry and validation
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team
  • Strong customer service orientation when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across multiple IT systems with solid general computer literacy

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous exposure to accounts receivable or billing processes
  • Background in the transport or logistics industry is a plus
