Key Responsibilities:

• Manage R&D Tax Relief claims from initial client engagement through to submission
• Take ownership of a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
• Prepare detailed technical R&D reports and supporting documentation
• Review and prepare R&D costings, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide technical advice on R&D legislation and claim eligibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Support the continued growth and development of the R&D Tax team
• Stay up to date with changes in legislation and industry developments

Your Experience:

• Proven experience managing R&D Tax Relief claims, ideally with 3+ years’ experience
• Strong technical knowledge of UK R&D Tax Relief legislation
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory work
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing specialist team
