Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the Purchase Ledger will be responsible for assisting with and completing the below duties. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, 8am - 4pm Friday.
Key responsibilities
-Check and reconcile supplier statements
-Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
-Code, process and file high volume of purchase invoices using Sage
-Bank Reconciliation
-General administrative duties
