About the Company
A leader in their specialised field, an international powerhouse based in Belfast are seeking to expand their ever growing finance team further by recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk. This is initially a temporary role with the view to becoming permanent.
About the Job
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the Purchase Ledger will be responsible for assisting with and completing the below duties. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, 8am – 4pm Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
- Code, process and file high volume of purchase invoices using Sage
- Bank Reconciliation
- General administrative duties
Previous experience
- Will have previous knowledge of the above and be able to process high volumes, whilst maintaining accuracy
- Be proficient in Sage
- Good attention to detail is essential with excellent organisational skills
