This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a  growing team notorious for their fantastic culture.

About the Job

Working as part of a busy finance team managing the Purchase ledger and assisting with general accounts duties. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8 am – 5 pm and 8 am – 3.30 pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase ledger & subcontract ledger high volume invoice processing, statement reconciliations for all group companies.
  • Banking – reconciliations for numerous bank accounts and company credit card reconciliations.
  • Nominal postings.
  • Month-end procedures.
  • Any other accounts/admin duties as required.

Previous experience

  • Purchase Ledger / Accounts professional with a minimum of 2 years
  • Experienced in the use of Accounting software/systems, preferably NAV
