A leader in their specialised field, a global manufacturer based in Belfast are seeking to expand their ever growing finance team further by recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant.

About the Job

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the Purchase Ledger will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties

Key responsibilities

  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
  • Code, process and file high volume of purchase invoices
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • General administrative duties
  • Preparing ad hoc reports

Previous experience

  • Will have previous knowledge of the above and be able to process high volumes, whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Be proficient in excel
  • Good attention to detail is essential with excellent organisational skills
