Joining an existing team finance team, this role can provide a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant. Initially a role focused on Purchase Ledger and Debtors, the plan is for the successful candidate to develop the role further and develop further within the company to assist with the following duties…
- Processing information onto Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger invoices and payments
- Online Banking payments
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Bank Reconciliations
- Intercompany Account Reconciliations
- Credit Cards transaction postings and reconciliations
Your skills & experience
- Previous experience working in an Accounts Environment (desirable)
- Currently studying towards IATI or further Accounting Qualification
- Previous experience working within a busy finance environment
- Must be qualified to G.C.S.E standard (including Maths and English)
- Excellent communication skills
