About the Job

What you will be doing initially:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports

• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs

• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures

• Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, and federal programs

• Assist with financial and tax audits

Your skills & experience 

• Proven experience working in a busy assistant accountant/accounting technician

• Must have GCSE Maths and English, Grades A*- C or equivalent
