Duties

The Payroll Specialist will play an integral role within the payroll function. You’ll be responsible for completing and assisting with…

• Processing of end-to-end multi-frequency payrolls, including RTI Submissions
• Calculating all aspects of payroll processing, including, and not limited to, SSP and SMP, attachment of earnings, benefits in-kind, one-off payments, employee loans etc
• Processing leaver payments and providing P45S
• Assisting with arranging payments, including BACS submissions
• Providing clients with all relevant payroll documentation and customised reports where necessary
• Preparation and submission of year-end reports, P60S
• Preparation and submission of P11Ds

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience with Sage Payroll or similar payroll packages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
