About us:

My Client is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to join their busy accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection of timesheets
  • Liaison with the admin team who manages payroll for each site.
  • Process monthly and fortnightly payrolls using Micropay
  • Effectively manage all employee queries
  • Manage the monthly pension remittances
  • Responsible for posting monthly journals
  • Preparing monthly payroll reports for senior management
  • Monthly reconciliation of payroll reports

Qualifications and Experience:

  • IPASS Qualified
  • 2-3 Years Experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Experience with Micropay (Desired but not essential)
