What will you do?
- Operational control of both the weekly and monthly payrolls
- Calculation of the payrolls including the maintenance of Time & Attendance System, calculation of holiday pay, shift premiums etc
- Access the technology currently utilised with the Payroll function
- Continued focus on process improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the payroll processes and reporting. To include working closely with production, service and support departments providing analysis, understanding and costings of manning structures
- Management of the Auto Enrolment Pension schemes;
What do you need?
- 5x GCSE’s
- 1 years’ experience in a payroll environment
- Experience of Sage 50
