HIREIQ Finance Recruitment are partnering with a recognised and reputable manufacturing company in Lisburn. They are seeking to recruit an experienced payroller reporting to the HR Manager.

2 days WFH – Very flexible working hours – Start earlier, finish earlier – Accrue extra holidays

Duties:

  • Liaising with Supervisors / staff on payroll related queries.
  • Liaising with payroll provider (Payescape) and uploading files to external Sharepoint.
  • End to end processing of weekly and monthly payroll on weekly / monthly payrolls.
  • Payroll related administration and calculations to include leaver notifications, statutory payments, annual leave, employee transfers, medical appointments
  • Weekly headcount reporting
  • Childcare Voucher administration
  • Pay increase reports
  • Month end reporting for pension and charity
  • Weekly / monthly reporting, updating HR systems for new starts, pay increases and compilation of statistical information as required.
  • General Payroll / HR administration
  • Administration of Time & Attendance System (NTP) to include holiday credits, absence recording, shift changes

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or higher to include English and Math
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a payroll environment
  • Knowledge of computerised HR and Time & Attendance systems
  • Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office Excel

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience of payroll software packages
  • Experience gained within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Knowledge of PAMS

Working hours: Monday – Thursday with flexible start times between 6am – 10:30am and finish between 2:30pm – 7:00pm with an early finish on a Friday.

Normal hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 – 5:00pm , Friday: 8:30 – 2:00pm
