About the Company

A local company operating across Northern Ireland is looking to expand its finance team with an experienced Payroll officer.

About the Job

  • Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for a group of clients operating across the UK.
  • Assist in ensuring the correct PAYE, National Insurance, Pension, Student Loans, Employment Benefit and Tax are processed and paid over to the appropriate authorities within the correct timescales.
  • Processing Purchase Orders & GRN
  • Allocating Purchase invoices to jobs for approval
  • Payment of subcontractors on RCT and CIS Schemes
  • Compiling aged creditor analysis & assist with accruals.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including maths and English Grades A*-C
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within finance/accountancy-related positions in an office environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of undertaking accountancy tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high numerical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
