About The Company

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager for a large manufacturing company based in Belfast. This is an exciting position with a great opportunity for progression and offering an attractive package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing fortnightly and monthly payrolls and managing payroll administrator
  • Maintenance of the Time & Attendance System, calculation of holiday pay, etc.
  • Preparing and submitting of the Pension contributions to the various schemes and the annual declaration for the Insurance.
  • Liaising with international payroll providers on the monthly overseas payrolls
  • End-of-year filing, PRP calculations, Court Orders, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work scheme, Charity giving etc

What do I need?

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Windows-based software including Excel spreadsheets
  • Advanced knowledge of Payroll systems
  • System migration experiences beneficial
