About The Company
I’m currently recruiting for a payroll/finance officer for an international manufacturing company based in Lisburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroller to secure a role with a competitive salary. The weekly payroll will be completed in office weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays with the successful candidate completing other finance duties the rest of the week.
Key responsibilities
- Process all aspects of gross pay, including salary changes, overtime, statutory pay, expenses, and any other associated pay
- Process time and attendance information for hourly paid employees to ensure correct payment of wages
- Support end of year and start of year processes
- Submit timesheets for temporary labour and check to invoices when received
- Prepare and submit the monthly CIS return
- Receive and process supplier invoices
- Provide purchase ledger support
What do I need?
- Experience running a payroll function and year end processes
- Experience in CIS returns would be ideal
- Experience of Pegasus/opera desirable
