This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll experience to further develop their career within a supportive practice environment, with exposure to a wide range of clients and opportunities to broaden their finance knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years’ payroll experience within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau
• Working knowledge of payroll software
• Experience of HSC Payroll would be advantageous
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work accurately
• Keen to develop skills across bookkeeping and accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payrolls for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Ensure payroll deadlines and statutory submissions are met
• Support the Payroll Manager with day-to-day payroll operations
• Prepare payroll reports and client information accurately
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll queries
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance
• Assist with bookkeeping, accounts and other finance duties as required
