I’m currently recruiting for a payroll Assistant for a multinational construction company based in South Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroller to secure a role with a competitive salary. This is a fast-paced role involving weekly and monthly payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll
- Assisting with processing payroll of 400 plus employees including ROI
- Payroll-related administration and calculations to include leaver notifications, statutory payments, annual leave, employee transfers, medical appointments
- Pay increase reports
- Weekly headcount reporting
- General Payroll / HR administration
- Weekly/monthly reporting, for new starts, pay increases and compilation of statistical information as required.
What do I need?
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a payroll environment to include ROI payroll
- Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office Excel
