About the company
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Operations Team, this role would be suited to any local accountants with a manufacturing background who are looking for a commercially focused and rewarding role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with operational staff
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Costing
- Assisting with monthly accounts
- Stock reporting
- Continuous improvement of key processes across the finance function
- Assist with ad-hoc project work as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant/Part-qualified/QBE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), ideally with manufacturing experience
- Excellent IT Skills including Advanced MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
