About the job

Reporting to the Company Accountant you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties…

  • Maintain a good relationship with suppliers
  • Assemble best costs from suppliers
  • Supply quotations to customers
  • Liaise with the Service Co-Ordinator regarding parts to be installed
  • Liaise with Engineers regarding parts requested and consumed
  • Passing of invoices related to orders
  • General office and telephone duties

Your skills & experience 

  • Experience working in an administration role (Essential)
  • Experience working in a finance admin/ accounts assistant position (Desirable)
  • Currently studying toward IATI or equivalent (Desirable and full study support can be provided)
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
