About the job

Reporting to the Company Accountant you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties…

  • Management of all travel and accommodation bookings for engineers / Contracts Managers
  • Management of a fleet of vehicles – tax/PSV/insurance/fuel cards/toll tags
  • Main point of contact for contract managers – preparation of ad hoc reports in relation to properties/vehicles etc
  • Assistance / follow up with Contracts Managers regarding various issues
  • Assistance with collation of information for social media for the company
  • Streamlining and maintenance of document storage within the company
  • Management of filing room
  • General office duties/stationery & canteen supplies

Your skills & experience 

  • Experience working in an administration role (Essential)
  • Experience working in a finance admin/ accounts assistant position (Desirable)
  • Currently studying toward IATI or equivalent (Desirable and full study support can be provided)
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
