The Role

As a FAAS Manager, you will:

• Lead month-end close processes, including review and approval of key journals (accruals, payroll, intercompany, FX, leases, deferred revenue, inventory, and share-based compensation).
• Review and sign off on reconciliations, including fixed assets, bank accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee variance analysis across P&L and balance sheet, ensuring accuracy and identifying required adjustments.
• Manage review of financial statements, shadow books, and bridge files from local offices, ensuring data integrity and proper backup.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive process documentation, improvement, and continuous updates.
• Manage projects and medium-to-large-sized teams across multiple locations.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• ACA/ACCA qualification with 5+ years PQE in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and practical experience in financial services or complex multinational environments.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle required; implementation experience desirable).
• Blackline experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
• Proven experience managing and developing medium-to-large teams.
