About the company
This role will involve taking oversight of the finance function of this business, working closely with the MD and wider senior management team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Preparing year-end accounts
- Payroll
- Overseeing AP/AR
- Preparation of statutory returns
- Ad-hoc duties as required to assist the Finance Director with day-to-day running of the finance function
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Part-Qualified/QBE with experience in a similar role
- Strong IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
