HireIQ Finance are excited to work with a leading business based in the Magherafelt area, as they seek to appoint a Management Accountant to their growing finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller. This is an unmissable opportunity for a newly or recently qualified accountant, or a more experienced candidate keen to progress their career. This role is also suitable for a part-qualified accountant with experience of working in an industry environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaise with external auditors
- Statutory returns
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the financial or controller
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or part-qualified with experience working in industry
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
