About the company

A market-leading business in the Cookstown area are seeking to appoint an additional Management Accountant to its growing finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Director and the wider finance team, gaining exposure to all areas of this highly dynamic business. Ideal role for any newly/recently qualified accountants, or part-qualified accountants with experience in industry, who are seeking to take their career to the next level. Extensive training/development and career progression potential on offer!

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Preparation of year-end accounts
• Statutory returns
• Driving process improvement across the finance function
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

• Requirements:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or part-qualified with experience in a similar role
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
