About the company
This role will involve working as part of a tight-knit finance team, to assist with the day-to-day management of a busy finance function. An outstanding opportunity for a newly or recently qualified accountant to secure a varied role with superb training and support available.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
- Preparation of year-end accounts
- Statutory returns
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or part-qualified with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
