About the company
Reporting to the Senior Management, this is a well-rounded role, offering a market-leading salary and great benefits package as well as great career progression within the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations to year-end standard and within reporting deadlines;
- Preparation of KPI reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Develop and recommend + implement process improvements
- Assist with the preparation of monthly projections;
- Financial Accounting – journal entries, Profit and Loss Account reconciliations, financial analysis and Audit Preparation
- Assist in the development & implementation of Management Information Systems and financial IT systems;
- Business Partnering
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant – (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) or PQ with significant experience
- Must be IT proficient and competent in use of Excel Spreadsheets
- Able to demonstrate knowledge & understanding of financial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organisation and planning skills with ability to prioritise effectively
