About the company:
HireIQ is delighted to partner with this leading company in the recruitment of a Management Accountant.
About the job:
- Partner with key stakeholders across the site to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Deliver insightful reporting and performance updates to the Site Management Team
- Support and challenge stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and business performance
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis and commentary
- Produce and develop weekly reporting packs, KPIs, and key site metrics
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting
About you:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident communicator
- Experience producing and presenting financial information to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
