Management Accountant – Armagh area – Up to £55,000

About the company 

This is a well-rounded role, offering a great salary and benefits package and will provide great exposure working closely with the financial controller.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assist with Month End close – Journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations.
• Review the month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with Cash flow reporting & forecasting
• Ensuring all VAT/Statutory returns and payments are prepared in line with requirements.
• Year-end audit file preparation
• Monthly variance analysis

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong IT Skills – Advanced Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
