About the company
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Operations Team, this role would be suited to any local accountants with an industry background who are looking for a commercially focused and rewarding role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with operational staff
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Costing
- Assisting with monthly accounts
- Stock reporting
- Continuous improvement of key processes across the finance function
- Assist with ad-hoc project work as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant/Part-qualified/QBE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent IT Skills including Advanced MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
