About the company
As a result of exciting growth plans, they are seeking to add a Management Accountant to their growing finance function, working directly alongside the Financial Controller. If you are a newly/recently qualified accountant, or currently working in a similar role and seeking a new challenge, this is truly an opportunity not to be missed.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of statutory returns
- Cashflow management
- Liaising with auditors
- Implement process improvements across the finance function
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or part-qualified with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT Skills (Particularly MS Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
